Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SuperClasse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Service description

SuperClasse is an AI-assisted teaching and learning platform. Teachers can create courses and deliver live sessions; students can join sessions and interact with AI-generated content. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@superclasse.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the applicable monthly rate.

• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.
• Payment processing.Payments are processed by Stripe. SuperClasse does not store your card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
• Price changes.We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

5. AI calls and platform credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of platform AI credits. Credits are consumed when you use SuperClasse's built-in AI features. Unused credits do not roll over. If you add your own API key from a supported AI provider, it is used directly and does not consume platform credits.

6. Your API keys

You may optionally add API keys from third-party AI providers. These keys are encrypted at rest and used server-side solely to fulfil your requests. You remain responsible for any costs charged by your AI provider and for keeping your keys secure. Delete your keys from Settings at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SuperClasse to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create on SuperClasse (courses, materials, session content). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and serve that content on your behalf. SuperClasse's own software, design, and branding remain our property.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of SuperClasse is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply.
